Cricket 365, a UK-based cricket media outlet, has included Bangladesh’s Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in its list of the seven most beautiful cricket stadiums in the world.
Located on Sylhet Airport Road, the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium is surrounded by picturesque tea gardens and lush green hills, captivating visitors with its scenic beauty. Cricketers and commentators from various countries have frequently praised the venue’s stunning surroundings.
Constructed in 2007, the stadium made its international debut on March 17, 2014, hosting a T20 World Cup match between Zimbabwe and Ireland. Over the years, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has organized numerous tournaments and bilateral series at this venue.
Describing the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, the Cricket 365 report states, “Nestled amidst the hills and verdant tea gardens in northeastern Bangladesh, the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium is a visual delight.
